Pass-through charge auditing
Your drivers pay by the ton at the gate. Someone in the office invoices the customer from a flat rate, and the overage quietly becomes your cost. The pair of documents on the right is the whole problem, and the whole product.
The service, in one line: you send scans of scale tickets and the matching customer invoices; we return every unpassed charge with its source ticket, plus a charge packet per customer. Two-yard pilot, $2,500 invoiced net-15 by ACH. Ongoing from $499 a month.

Stated in full so your review can start from this page.
Every ticket, line by line: net tonnage, tipping fee, surcharges, penalties, facility and time stamps. Each field carries a confidence score and the region of the ticket it came from. Unclear tickets go to a trained reviewer, never a guess.
Gate charges are matched to your customer rate sheet. Unmatched charges keep the gate price at reduced confidence. Duplicate tickets are caught by content hash and never counted twice.
Tickets join customer invoices by job number. Gaps become findings: unbilled overages, absorbed surcharges, missing haul charges. Nothing over $500 or under 0.90 confidence is accepted without a human.
Accuracy, in numbers. Across pilot batches, clients accept roughly 89 of every 100 findings we propose. The other 11 are the false-positive rate, and we publish it rather than rounding it away. Every finding ships with its ticket scan so your team can check it against the original.
Most vendor pages claim everything. Here is what this product does not do, so you can weigh the rest fairly.

If the pilot finds less recoverable money than it costs, the summary says so and we recommend you do not subscribe. Better to learn that in the first month than after a year of fees.

Your tickets on screen, not a slideshow. Afterward, the pilot is a $2,500 invoice at net-15, payable by ACH.
