Photograph the tickets
Thermal paper from the glovebox, faded and creased, is fine. Or forward the scale house emails to your intake address.
We read every line
Net tons, tipping fee, fuel and environmental surcharges, overweight penalties. Anything unclear goes to a human, never a guess.
Match to your invoices
Ticket meets invoice, job by job. What you paid but never billed comes back as findings with the ticket attached.

Straight answers
Can you read a faded thermal ticket?
Most of them, yes. What we can't read with confidence goes to a trained human reviewer. Illegible tickets come back flagged, not invented.
What if you find nothing?
If the audit finds less than the $750 it cost, you get all of it back. That's on the pricing card, not buried in terms.
Do my drivers have to do anything different?
No. They keep tossing tickets in the glovebox. You photograph the stack once a month, or the scale house emails come straight to us.
How is this different from my dispatch software?
Dispatch bills what someone typed into it. We audit the scale tickets that never got typed in. Different problem.
Where do my documents go?
Encrypted storage in the US, deleted after 90 days by default, hard-deleted on request within 30 days. We never sell or share your data.
Why no testimonials on this page?
Because we won't invent them. They show up when real customers put their name to them in writing. Until then the refund carries the risk, not you.
