Recurring-revenue auditing

A service agreement rarely stops billing all at once. It goes quiet one missed event at a time.

A visit happens and never reaches an invoice. A renewal date passes while the trucks keep rolling. An escalator sits in clause 4.2, unapplied for two years. Each event is small; a book of five hundred agreements leaks real money. The timeline on the right is one agreement's history, read the way we read all of them.

The service, in one line: you send your agreement list and invoice history; we return every silent event with its contract line, plus re-bill packets. Two-branch pilot, $2,500 invoiced net-15 by ACH. Ongoing from $499 a month.

2023-05 Signed. Four PM visits a year, 3 percent escalator at renewal, filter program included.

2026-04 Spring PM visit completed, logged by the technician, never invoiced.
Today Finding filed: $560.20 recoverable on this agreement, clause and visit log attached. Confidence 0.93.

Method, including its limits

Stated in full so your review can start from this page.

1. Read

Every agreement, term by term: coverage, visit cadence, renewal date, escalators, exclusions. Each term carries a confidence score and the clause it came from. Contracts we cannot read with confidence go to a trained reviewer. We do not guess.

2. Reconcile

Terms are matched to your invoice history and visit logs by customer. Unmatched terms keep the written contract value at reduced confidence. Duplicate agreements are caught by content hash and never counted twice.

3. File

Silent events become findings: unbilled visits, lapsed renewals, unapplied escalators, under-priced coverage. Nothing over $500 or under 0.90 confidence is accepted without a human.

Accuracy, in numbers. Across pilot books, clients accept roughly 89 of every 100 findings we propose. The other 11 are the false-positive rate, published here rather than rounded away. Every finding ships with its clause and visit record so your team can check it against the original.

What we don't claim

Most vendor pages claim everything. Here is what this product does not do, so you can weigh the rest fairly.

photo: contract filing drawer, side light no people, no readable text
  • We do not catch handshake deals. If the agreement was never written down, there is nothing to read.
  • We do not verify that you re-billed or collected. This is an audit, not a collections service.
  • We do not price unmatched terms with authority. Without your rate card, those findings carry the written contract value and lower confidence.
  • We are not yet SOC 2 certified, and we will not imply otherwise. The controls we run ship in the procurement documents.
  • A measured rejection rate will be published after paid pilots produce enough data.
