What we track, and what we don't

Sites are benchmarked within site type and inspection regime, never across them. A kitchen citation and a warehouse citation clear differently. Young sites get wide intervals and a flag, not a false rank.

TRACKED

Days to clear, first-pass reinspection rate, open-item depth, by site and severity. Every figure carries a confidence interval and its sample size.

NOT TRACKED

Inspections that have not happened yet, and legal outcomes. The pack ends at the reinspection binder; your teams own the physical work.

ENTITY MODEL

Sites are child orgs under the parent; billing attaches to the parent only, by annual ACH invoice. Row-level security keeps siblings invisible to each other, tested in CI.
