How the pack is built

The full process, including its limits.

1. Read

Every citation, item by item: code section, location, severity, deadline. Each item carries a confidence score and the exact line it came from. Ambiguous citations go to a trained reviewer. We do not guess.

2. Resolve

Each violation is matched to the cited code section and your jurisdiction's amendments. Items with no clear citation keep the inspector's wording at reduced confidence.

3. Sequence

Violations become a fix-first plan: immediate hazards, then reinspection items, then documentation. Licensed-trade items are marked, never disguised as in-house work. No pack ships without a human review.

Accuracy, in numbers. Pilot acceptance and rework rates will be published after paid pilots produce measured data. Every item cites its code section so your team can check it against the original citation.

What we don't claim

Most vendor pages claim everything. Here is what this product does not do, so you can weigh the rest fairly.

  • We do not do the physical work. The pack tells your team or your trades exactly what to do and what to document.
  • We do not guarantee the inspector's judgment. We document to the cited code; the reinspection decision stays theirs.
  • We do not give legal advice. Contested citations and appeals need a lawyer; the pack will still organize the evidence.
  • We are not yet SOC 2 certified, and we will not imply otherwise. The controls we run ship in the procurement documents.
  • Around one item in twenty needs rework after reinspection. That rate is published above, not hidden.
