NOTICE OF VIOLATION · REINSPECTION PENDING

Failed the inspection? The clock is running.

The deal, up front: send us the inspection report and a phone photo of each flagged item. Within 48 hours you get a corrective-action pack: the fix for every violation, the code it cites, and the documentation your reinspector wants to see. $750 per inspection, up to 40 violations.

Full refund if reinspection fails on an item we covered and you followed the spec.

Straight answers

Do you know my local code?

Packs cite the same sections your inspector cited, plus the model codes behind them: IFC, IBC, NFPA, FDA Food Code. Local amendments are checked by a human reviewer before the pack ships.

What if I fail the reinspection anyway?

If the reinspector fails an item our pack covered and you followed the spec, you get the $750 back. Items needing a licensed trade are marked that way in the pack, with the scope attached.

Is this legal advice?

No. It is a documentation and remediation plan built from the codes your citation references. Contested citations and appeals need a lawyer; the pack will still organize your evidence.

Why not just have my manager handle it?

They still can. The pack saves them two days of code lookup and gives the reinspector the paper trail they expect. Your people execute; the pack organizes.

Where do my documents go?

Production requirement: private US storage with a 90-day retention target and a tested deletion job. Customer records must not be accepted until that job is confirmed.

Why no testimonials?

Because we won't invent them. They appear when real customers put their name to them in writing. Until then the refund carries the risk.
