HAULBACK
Stub edition, scale ticket audit
What the gate printed vs what you billed
The deal, up front: every load crosses a scale and every scale prints a ticket. We read a quarter of them against your invoices and hand back the tickets where money crossed the gate and never came back.

How the audit runs
- You export invoices and photograph or forward the quarter's scale tickets. No system change, no software on the trucks.
- We match every ticket to a job and every gate charge to an invoice line, or to the hole where the line should be.
- Each hole becomes a charge packet: the ticket, the contract clause that allows the pass-through, and the drafted invoice line.
- You approve or strike each packet. Approved packets go out with your next billing run.
