You pumped it. You hauled it. Now get paid for it.
The deal, up front: send us a quarter of manifests, receipts and invoices. We flag every load you hauled and never billed, every gate reject you ate, every manifest missing the signature that gets it paid. Each flag comes back with the paperwork to collect.
Built for septic pumpers, grease trap routes and vac truck operators. You know a load went sideways at the gate. What it cost you across a quarter is the number nobody has.
Three places a load loses money
Exception 01
Hauled, never invoiced
The manifest says 2,400 gallons left the site. Nothing with that job number ever hit your invoicing. The gallons got hauled for free.
Exception 02
Rejected at the gate
The plant turned the load away. You ate the re-haul, the disposal minimum, the drive time. Nobody wrote it down, so nobody billed the customer whose tank caused it.
Exception 03
Short-paid or unsigned
Disposal receipt disagrees with the manifest gallonage, or the generator signature line is empty. Those are the manifests that stall in an audit and the invoices that get disputed.
A quarter, lined up
Demonstration data. The range is our estimate from the numbers above, not a measurement, and every flagged load is yours to accept or strike before anything is chased.
Proposed pilot price
Flat fee for the full quarter audit and the collection packet on every accepted flag. If the flags we find are worth less than the fee, you pay nothing and keep the packet.
Proposed pricing for a pilot. This option is not yet on sale, see the status note below.
